Shipping Policy

We value our customers time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest of conditions. 

Please read below our delivery and shipping policy, before placing your order, so that you are clear of the process and have no confusion what-so-ever!

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Delivery Timeline: 

  • While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 6-8 days.​​
  • The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

  • We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91 9967554885 or write to us at ritucreation2016@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Charges:

  • Pan India: We provide free shipping across India.

Cancellation:

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ritu Creation and accept The decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation by Ritu Creation:

  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

  • We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  • Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

  • We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

  • We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ritu Creation and accept Ritu Creation's decision regarding the cancellation.
